Abdul Rahman Bin Haji Baharuddin received his early education at St Joseph Secondary School in Kuching. He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from UNISEL (Universiti Industri Selangor) in 2008. He holds memberships in several professional bodies, including the Society of Engineers United Arab Emirates (2008/50112/2018), the Board of Engineers Malaysia (G1198195A), Dubai Municipality UAE (113863), and Sharjah City Municipality UAE (102357).
Abdul Rahman’s extensive national and international experience, particularly in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq, makes him an invaluable asset to the company. His passion for returning to Sarawak to share his international experiences with the local engineering community aims to contribute to building a better and more prosperous Sarawak.

Led a team of 12 on-site engineers and coordinated with over 100 engineers from HSS Engineers Bhd located in Malaysia, India, Lebanon, Philippines, and UAE. Masar Project, Jeddah: Project Manager for the complete design of the stormwater line.

Dubai Parks and Resorts: Direct involvement in project execution. Feasibility Studies of Dams and Barriers in the Northern Emirates: Oversaw the study and design of over 50 dams and more than 200 km of hydraulic channels. Roads and Infrastructure Projects: Notably worked on King Faisal Road and Alaya Road. Drainage Design Projects: Responsible for hydrology and hydraulic modeling, culvert sizing, and rainfall and catchment area calculations. Significant contributions to the Fujairah Stormwater project, designing and implementing systems for an area of 4 km². UAE EARLY CAREER AT HSS ENGINEERING SDN BHD, MALAYSIA
Sungai Muar Flood Mitigation Plan, Johor: Contributed as an Infrastructure Engineer. Light Rail Transit (LRT) Extension Project, Ampang Line: Served as Infrastructure Package Manager, coordinating works, drawings, and documentation for authority approval. Designed the LRT guideway drainage system. West Coast Expressway, Banting to Sabak Bernam: Coordinated the design of six primary and 130 secondary crossings, along with the tertiary drainage system over an 80 km stretch. East Coast Expressway 2 (LPT2), Package 10D: Worked on the segment from Bukit Payung to Bukit Besi. Electrified Double Tracking Projects: Contributed to the Northern Line from Ipoh to Padang Besar and the segment from Seremban to Gemas.
